I created and delivered this programme in Dec 2017 originally for the wonderful audience of Aimee Serafini's telesummit - Happivize.

It was a great success and so much fun to deliver that I decided, as well providing the recordings for the LIVE students to keep, I'd also make them available here for anyone who would like to listen and learn from the material.

It's set up in 6 weekly masterclasses with the mp3 recording (each one is just over an hour-long) plus a scrollable pdf copy of each week's slides so you can easily read any checklists or use them to find your way to specific parts of the video that you want to watch again.

So you can either make a 6-week schedule for yourself and listen to 1 masterclass a week as if they're LIVE, or you can just work through them in your own time and pace. Whichever works for you the best.
